What is the Online Showroom Sale?
Our Online Showroom Sale is a special opportunity to offer you amazing savings on IN-STOCK items that are discontinued, limited quantity, production samples, odd dye lots, and overstock.
Can I shop the Online Showroom Sale in person?
Shopping on our Online Showroom Sale is online-only. We invite you to visit Find a Retailer Near You to shop in person our current collection and order bespoke items.
Why is there only a limited selection of products and sizes?
All Online Showroom Sale items are limited in quantity, given that they are production samples, odd dye lots, and discontinued patterns from previous seasons and collections.
How often will you upload new items?
We will make items available as frequently as possible. Keep an eye on the website if you want the first dibs on the last uploaded items.
Will you be restocking inventory?
We will be restocking online inventory if available. There are no guarantees of availability once the item goes Out of Stock. All Online Showroom Sale items will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, we recommend to act fast if you see an item, you are interested in.
Will my product look just like the picture?
Our team has done their best to ensure colour accuracy for all photos however, each monitor, tablet, and phone displays colours just a little bit differently. Please note that your colours may not look the same in real life as they do on your device.
Can I shop the showroom sale if I am outside of Canada?
We love that you found the St Genève Online Showroom Sale! Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to customers located outside of Canada.
Can I pick up in person?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer a local pick-up option.
How long will it take to ship my order?
It will take up to 5 business days for your items to be processed and shipped. You will be able to track your order once it has shipped. All items will be shipped via UPS (unless selected by a different carrier) and tracking numbers will be sent automatically to you once the order has been fulfilled.
What are the shipping charges?
The following rates are for Canadian shipping only. No international shipping is available at this time.
· Free shipping on orders of CAD $250.00 and over
· A flat rate shipping of CAD $15.00 for orders under CAD $250.00
What is the Return Policy?
All purchases made during the Online Showroom Sale are FINAL SALE – no returns or exchanges can be accommodated. For your reference, we have included the Return Policy on the product pages, in your shopping cart, as well as on your confirmation email/ receipt.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to an order once placed. In the Online Showroom Sale, all items are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please shop carefully as there are no cancellations or refunds.
