  • WHAT IS THE ONLINE SHOWROOM SALE?
    Although St Genève is a manufacturer and wholesaler of luxury down duvets and linens, our Online Showroom Sale is a special, limited-time opportunity for us to offer amazing savings on IN STOCK items that are discontinued, limited quantity, production samples, odd dye lots, and overstock to our Retail Partners and their valued clients. Discounted prices and inventory will only be valid and available, while quantities last, during the Online Showroom Sale, Thursday, October 6 - Sunday, October 23. All sales final.
  • WHY IS THERE ONLY A LIMITED SELECTION OF PRODUCTS AND SIZES?
    The products we offer for our Online Showroom Sale include IN STOCK items that are discontinued, limited quantity, production samples, odd dye lots, and overstock. The selection may also include items from previous seasons and collections.
  • WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
    All purchases made during the Online Showroom Sale are FINAL SALE—no returns or exchanges can be accommodated. For your reference, we have included the Return Policy on the product pages, in your shopping cart, as well as on your confirmation email/receipt. Please note that there is no warranty for all items purchased during the Online Showroom Sale.
  • CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
    Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to an order once placed. While the Online Showroom Sale is offered only for a limited time, and all items are available on a first-come, first-served basis, please shop carefully as there are no cancellations or refunds.
  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
    It will take up to 10 business days for your items to be processed and shipped. You will be able to track your order once it has shipped. All items will be shipped via UPS and a tracking number will be sent to customers so they can track their order.
  • CAN I SHOP THE SHOWROOM SALE IF I AM OUTSIDE OF CANADA?
    We love that you found the St Genève Online Showroom sale! Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to customers located outside of Canada for this Online Showroom Sale. To view our full collection of luxury down duvets and pillows, bed and table linens, and home decor (throws and pillows), please visit our website to Find a Retailer near your (or Online Retailer) stgeneve.com/retailers. ​
  • CAN I SHOP THE SHOWROOM SALE IN PERSON? CAN I PICK UP IN-PERSON?
    Shopping and shipping for our 2022 Online Showroom Sale is online-only. Unfortunately we are not able to offer a local pick-up option.
  • WILL YOU BE RESTOCKING INVENTORY DURING THE ONLINE SHOWROOM SALE?
    Items offered during our Online Showroom Sale will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. We will not be restocking online inventory through the sale, so be sure to act fast for the best selection. At the same time, please keep in mind that orders cannot be canceled once placed and all sales are final.
  • WILL MY PRODUCT LOOK JUST LIKE THE PICTURE?
    Our team has done their best to ensure colour accuracy for all photos however, each monitor, tablet, and phone displays colours just a little bit differently. Please note that your colours may not look exactly the same in real life as they do on your device.
