WHAT EXACTLY IS THE ST GENÈVE SHOWROOM SALE?


We have taken this as an opportunity to allow customers from around the country to step into our Virtual Sale and shop this selection of discontinued items, imperfects, and sample styles from the past at unbelievable prices. Discounted prices will only be valid throughout the duration of the Warehouse Sale.




WHY IS THERE ONLY A LIMITED SELECTION OF PRODUCTS AND SIZES?


Products available during our Showroom Sale are discontinued items, imperfects, and sample styles from past limited-edition collections. This selection is made-up of several seasons of merchandise, and we’re giving you the chance to shop some old favorites at a great price to help make room for new items at our atelier.




WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?


All purchases from the Showroom Sale are final sale, meaning that no returns or exchanges can be accommodated. For your reference, this should be clear from messaging on the product pages, in your shopping cart, as well as on your confirmation email/receipt. If you have a concern regarding your order, please email our team within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that our usual warranties are void for all Showroom Sale orders.




WHAT ARE SECONDS, DISCONTINUED, OR SAMPLE ITEMS?


At the bottom of each product page you will see an info section indicating if the item is Seconds, Discontinued, or a Sample.​ Seconds are pieces that designed and made but didn't quite meet our stringent quality control grade. They contain small flaws that will not affect the life or wear of the product and are hardly visible to the average consumer. These may include slubs, a dropped stitch, an off-colour thread in the weave, etc. Discontinued pieces have been designed and put into production; however, at this time, these fabrics or colours have become unavailable at our mills or we have chosen to discontinue them to make room for new styles in our atelier. Samples are pieces that were designed and made but never put into full production. These pieces meet our stringent quality grade, but were never available commercially: you can find something truly unique for your home!




CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?


Because we’re working to get your order shipped as quickly as possible, we’re unable to cancel or make any changes to an order once placed.




HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?


Due to a high volume of orders, it can take up to 10 business days for your items to be processed and shipped.




CAN I SHOP THE SHOWROOM SALE IF I AM OUTSIDE THE US AND CANADA?


We love that you found the St GENÈVE Showroom sale! But if you live outside of the US or Canada, you’re out of luck. We are only able to ship orders to customers located in the United States and Canada.




WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?


You’re able to use a variety of payments, including credit card and PayPal.




HOW DO I CARE FOR MY NEW LUXURY BED LINENS?


Care for your bed linens correctly and they will provide you comfort for years. Head to the St GENEVE website for information on caring for your bed linens, duvets, pillows, and more.




CAN I SHOP THE SHOWROOM SALE IN PERSON? CAN I PICK UP IN-PERSON?


The 2020 Showroom Sale is online-only so we cannot accommodate any in-store shopping. For customers located in or near our headquarters in Richmond, BC curbside pickup is available.




WILL YOU BE RESTOCKING THROUGHOUT THE SHOWROOM SALE?


Our Warehouse Sale is first come, first served. We will not be restocking through the sale, so be sure to act fast to get the styles and sizes you’re hoping for since stock is limited.




WILL MY PRODUCT LOOK JUST LIKE THE PICTURE?


Our team has done their best to ensure colour accuracy for all photos however, each monitor, tablet, and phone displays colours just a little bit differently. Please note that your colours may not look exactly the same in real life as they do on your device.
